ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account and using Snaflip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Snaflip is a mobile tool that uses AI (Google Gemini) to identify physical items and provide estimated resale values. It is intended to assist users in making informed purchasing decisions at second-hand markets, flea markets, garage sales, and similar venues.

AI CONTENT DISCLAIMER

All prices, valuations, demand forecasts, and market estimates produced by Snaflip are AI-generated estimates and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice. Actual resale values may vary significantly. Snaflip makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use Snaflip for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the app to process images you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to overload, attack, or interfere with our infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All app content, branding, UI design, and code are the exclusive property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Snaflip integrates with Google Firebase and Google Gemini. Your use of these services is subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAFLIP AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED PRICE ESTIMATES.

NO WARRANTY

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
